TERMS & CONDITIONS

By signing this contact, the borrow agrees to return equipment to the Bedford Humane Society, Inc. (BHS) in the same or similar condition as borrowed or to reimburse BHS for necessary repairs or replacement.  Borrower agrees to return the equipment by the date indicated above or to contact BHS to request an extension if original return date in not possible.

All equipment will be returned or replaced within one week or less.  Should the equipment be needed for longer, the borrower is required submit sign a new contract.

All equipment for use by the public will require a copy of a valid VA drivers license which will be kept on file until the equipment is returned.

BHS reserves the right to request the return of equipment or supplies if needed sooner than the original return date for any reason.
